Virtual MinistryThomas was introduced to the church at an early age and began serving in various capacities as a child. Thomas was licensed and ordained as a deacon during his teenage years and continued to serve as such throughout high school. When Thomas went to college, his ministry ended. With stronger faith, refined skills and vision, and a fervent desire to do God's will, Thomas has set out to serve the only way he knows how, according to the teachings of Christ. Community AdvocacyAfter completing his master's degree in public administration, Thomas founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of providing empowerment tools to disenfranchised individuals, for better self-determination. Executive LeadershipSince the start of his professional career in 2010, Thomas has maintained membership on several boards of directors. Thomas has served in the capacity of chairman, secretary, and treasurer, of almost every board he has served on. In addition to serving on the boards, Thomas has also served as president and Vice President of several community-based organization, has help dozens of individuals start businesses and nonprofits, and have started his own business portfolio. Health and FitnessThomas has a long history of being an athlete. However, like many retired athletes, Thomas let his professional life get in the way of health and fitness. This caused Thomas to fall declining physical and mental health. Thomas then began his own personal transformation. In doing so, Thomas received certifications in personal training, holistic nutrition, health and wellness coaching, and group fitness. To learn more about Thomas' health and fitness life, click here.

Successful Debate and Moot Court CareerThroughout the latter parts of his education, Thomas maintained successful debate and moot court careers. Throughout the four years of competition, Thomas advanced to the quarter/semi-finals in more than 30 competitions; made it to the finals round in more than 20 competitions, including the finals of the national championship; and have won many speakers awards and championships. Thomas went on to law school where he would compete in moot court and win a Western Regional Championship and place 2nd Runner-Up in the National Championship. Coaching and InstructingThomas does not fit into any single box. He is a man of God, father, husband, attorney, political scientist, entrepreneur, and very importantly, a college instructor and coach. Since 2013, Thomas has been a college professor and debate and mock trial coach. Thomas is currently an assistant professor of legal studies at the University of La Verne and is the former debate and mock trial coach at Chaffey College.
